The senior executive team have an extensive and diverse retail and hospitality customer service background. Our Quality Control Officer brings over 30+ years of retail / hospitality experience to the company having occupied numerous executive positions including area management for one of the biggest retailers in Australia and served as a general manager for the largest Duty-Free operator in Australia at that time.

Our passion for raising the customer service bar and promoting selling skills to improve client performance provides the foundation of the KPI Mystery Shopping offer.
