Our Quality Control Officer (also known as the MD), brings 30+ years of retail experience to the company having occupied positions including Area Manager for the biggest retailer in Australia and General Manager for a large specialist retail chain. His passion for raising the bar on customer service and providing practical value driven solutions for clients is the foundation of the KPI Retail Services offer.
